What is involved?
The FeedbackOnline 360 degree process can either be administrated by us, leaving you with the opportunity to focus your time elsewhere, or you can take the administrative duties and control the entire process yourself.
By allowing us to create your ideal 360, by gathering the information required for the system, monitoring the progress of the questionnaire and producing the reports you can simply sit back and await the results or ...
alternatively, you can choose to control the whole process yourself including building the questionniare, communicating with and monitoring the progress of the participants and raters and generating the final reports - no consultants or external administrators are needed.
Should you choose to administrate the process yourself and need support or guidance our skilled team are of course available to help at anytime during the process.

Part 1 - Questionnaire Building and Participant information
The administration process begins when you make the decision to either; choose single statements from our extensive library, select ready made 360 degree categories or use a competency framework.
Should you choose to select single statements then you proceed on to build the 360 degree questionnaire statement by statement and place them into categories. The building of a questionnaire in this way involves more administration than the other options as you then are required to arrange the statements then the categories in your chosen sequence to give you your own unique questionnaire.
Once a questionnaire is built it is then time to add into the system the participant information for those taking part in the FeedbackOnline 360 degree process. This step is a simple data entry step and only requires the name, e-mail and language of the participant to be entered.
At this stage you are now ready to set up the information needed to create the FeedbackOnline 360 "Questionnaire Round" this information is detailed in Part 2...

Part 2 - Questionnaire Round information
Once the questionnaire is built and the participant information is entered you are then required to enter information for the "Questionnaire Round" including; when the 360 degree evaluation should begin, what questionnaire you want to use, when the selection of raters deadline is for participants and when the final submission deadline is.
You also select, from the e-mails already in the system, which communications you want to send to both participants and raters. It is also possible to customise information which is visible to end users whilst they are in the FeedbackOnline tool.
The next step fo the administration involves selecting the participants who are going to be taking part in this particular 360 degree "Questionnaire Round" - The participants are added to the round by a simple click of a button from the list of participants you entered previously in the administration process.
The final step is to then invite the participants and then during the process monitor the progress of the 360 degree evaluation.
