Simple Navigation of the 360 degree process
The control panel allows participants to easily control their own 360 degree process.
The participants are welcomed to the process and firstly asked to select the personal information which has been determined by their organization.
The lower section of the Control Panel holds the information relating to the questionniare and also a summary of the status of the evaluation.
The participant is responsible for choosing, entering and inviting their own raters for the process.
At anytime during the process the participant is able to login to this personal control panel to see the progress of their 360 degree for themselves.

The Control Panel at a glance
The FeedbackOnline Control Panel allows participants to view their personal data, relating to the 360 degree evalution, at a glance.
They are also able to change the language of FeedbackOnline screens - This function is available from all screens within the tool.
Bio Data regarding the participant is required before they can proceed to rating themselves - This information is determined by the organization.
Details relating to which 360 degree evaluation the participant is taking part in are displayed. If the participant is involved in more than one evaluation then they can toggle between questionnaires from directly within the Control Panel.
Adding raters is done via a simple button - The invition and reminder process is also carried out by a simple click of a button. If necessary the participant can also deselect a rater from receiving e-mails regarding the evaluation.
