Privacy Policy

The FeedbackOnline privacy policy is that all data supplied is private and confidential, and may not be circulated to persons other than those designated by the organization. This includes questionnaires, rating data, and reports.

For all groups, access is restricted strictly to the information they need to complete in their individual roles. Administrators are restricted to contact with their own organizations data, Participants may only select their respondents and send out invitation/reminders or thank you e-mails to their own respondents and respondents may only enter their individual ratings for the participant who has selected them, neither participants or respondents have any way of gaining access to the data of others.
