FeedbackOnline reports explained

The FeedbackOnline 360 reports layouts are clear and simple to follow making it straightforward and easy to understand:

Report1

Sections in the reports include firstly a graphical summary page where averages of the individual sections are presented - Thus allowing an at-a-glance view (pictured above).

On the following pages a graphical and numerical overview of all the statements in their relevant sections appears.

Breaking the information down into the competence areas allows you to see the underlying details, whilst still being presented to preserve anonimity.

The graphical sections are colour coded to show the relationships between the participant and the respondents.

Report3

A feature of the FeedbackOnline Report is the presentation of the strengths & development areas, selected by either the participant or the respondents on a separate page, which is then followed by a overview of the "Top Ten" for both strengths & development areas.

The "Top Ten" page also features a comparison of the participants own score against the average of others rating them.

Report4

Strengths & Developments areas on the "Top Ten" page are sequenced to show the highest score at the top of the strengths and the lowest score at the top for the development areas.

Open text comments

Following the graphical and numerical pages are the "Open Text" pages which include free format written comments from respondents on both strengths & development areas - Comments are reproduced in a random order to ensure anonimity.

Report5Report6

The Likelihood of response to feedback gives an overview of what the respondents think the participant will do after the feedback is given from the 360 degree report - Will they take action to improve?
