360 degree questionnaires collect sensitive information and at FeedbackOnline we take security of that data seriously. Data is maintained safely on our secure server.
Web Protection
FeedbackOnline uses 128-bit encryption, therefore all survey information is inaccessible from the web. Only three groups of users are authorized to input data:
1. Survey administrators
2. Participants who select their respondents
3. Respondents to questionnaires
For all these groups, access is restricted strictly to the information they need to complete in their individual roles. Administrators are restricted to contact with their own organizations data, Participants may only select their respondents and send out invitation/reminders or thank you e-mails to their own respondents and respondents may only enter their individual ratings for the participant who has selected them, neither participants or respondents have any way of gaining access to the data of others.
What Happens To Data?
Daily backups are made for disaster-recovery purposes.
